DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

July 6, 2007

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special Session on July  6, 2007 at 9:15 A. M.  Agenda was posted July 2, 2007 at 12:00 P.M. on east entrance door.  This meeting was recessed at 12:00 P.M.

 

Members of the Board present were Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Chairman and Commissioner Ken Crowder-Member.    Board of Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the following items:

 

A motion was made by Commissioner Crowder and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to approve  the agenda as posted.  Roll call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Crowder-yes. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Commissioner Crowder and  Commissioner Kendrick to meet with Bill Turner to discuss the County Budget for 2007-2008. Bill Turner was absent due to a family emergency.  However, numbers have been submitted to the Board of Commissioners.  Roll call: Commissioner Kendrick - yes, Commissioner Crowder-yes. Motion carried.

 

New Business-None submitted.

 

PUBLIC COMMENT: None submitted.

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
