The Delaware County Equalization Board met in Regular session on May 23, 2006 at 8:30 A.M. with the following members present: Dan Ransom-Chairman, Jacqueline Wright-Member and Art Shackelford-Member, Secretary–Carol Fortner.   Chairman Dan Ransom called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

Motion was made by Jacqueline Wright and seconded by Art Shackelford to discuss property of Jerry L. & Cynthia Wyrick located at 27204 S. Hwy. 125 Echo Bay Estates Ph. II, Lot 11.  Property was purchased one (1) year ago for $223,000.00.  Owners did not show for today’s hearing on their property.   Current market value of $214,000.00 was sustained by the Board of Equalization.   All voted aye. Motion carried.
