Motion
was made by Jacqueline
Wright and seconded by Art Shackelford to discuss property of Russell Hogan located at Rapier Hollow
Marina-home on backside of property and not on lakefront. This property was subdivided in a
divorce. Home is on 4 acres and built by
the owner. Located
near Goldner’s Amphitheater. Owner claims this home is not completed
yet-made of steel and concrete. Mr.
Hogan believes that his land has been de-valued by the closing of a public
access/boat ramp/road to the lake. Fair Market value went up from $135, 000.00 to
$178,000.00. Owner states that it should
be $100,000.00 as is not completed.
Living space is 5000 ft. and the rest is garage. Mr. Hogan stated that neighboring lots sold
at an inflated price. The Board of Equalization decided that a final
decision would be rendered in one (1) week

and re-plumbed. This is located on the
waterfront in a shallow cove. There was
a 50% increase on the lots-these are 50 ft. lots. Set by 2006 and 2007 sale of neighboring
