The Delaware County Equalization Board met in Regular session on May 31, 2007 at 9:00 A.M. with the following members present: Jacqueline Wright, Chairwoman; Don Youngblood, Member; Art Shackelford, Member; and Secretary, Carol Fortner. Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve of the Board of Equalization Agenda of May 31st, 2007 as posted. All voted aye. Motion carried

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve of Minutes of regular Equalization meeting dated May 29th, 2007. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to deliver Final Decisions on property submitted for Formal appeal on May 29^th, 2007.

John Linehan -- Located in 8-23-22 Pt.-4000 ft. home on 5000 ft. of lakefront property. Member Art Shackelford visited the property with the owner. Action was taken to alter the value of the land to $305,000.00 and to alter the structure to $420,000.00 for a total $725,000.00. All voted aye. Motion carried.

No New Business. Make arrangements for Don and Art to go to Enid for Excise class and lodging for overnight stay on the 12^th of June 2007.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
