 Agenda was posted  June 21, 2007 at  8:40 AM on  east  entrance door.

 

 The Delaware County Excise Board met in Regular session on June 29, 2007 at 8:30 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright, Member-Art Shackelford and Don Youngblood.  Member- Don Youngblood.  Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting dated June 5th, 2007.   All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Jacqueline Wright that the Excise Board of Delaware County approve CASH FUND ESTIMATE OF NEEDS and REQUEST FOR APPROPRIATIONS FOR COUNTY.  22-A Election Board-Reimbursement for Overtime- $590.41.  All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriations for County Offices, Cities, Towns and Schools as follows: Delaware Co., Grove Emergency Medical Service, Jay Schools, Cleora School, Del. Co. Health Dept., Colcord Schools.  All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to review transfer of

appropriations.  All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve Co. Assessor’s Re-valuation Budget for 2007-2008.  All voted aye.  Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Co. Treasurer’s Resale Budget for 2007-2008.  All voted aye.  Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to meet with County Officers and review the FY 2007-2008 County Budget.  None were submitted at this time.

 

New Business-None submitted.

 

Old Business-Review and sign the last FY 2006-2007 Equalization Board Meeting Minutes dated 5/29/07.

 

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
