 Agenda was posted  July 18, 2007 at  2:00 PM on  east  entrance door.

 

 The Delaware County Excise Board met in Special Session on July 24, 2007 at 8:30 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright, and Member-Art Shackelford. Don Youngblood-Member was absent.  Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of Agenda of Special Meeting date July 24th, 2007. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of  2007/2008 FY Budget numbers for Delaware County.   All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

 

New Business-None submitted.

 

Old Business-None submitted.

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
