 Agenda was posted  August 15, 2007 at  3:34 PM on  east  entrance door.

 

 The Delaware County Excise Board met in Special session on August 17, 2007 at 8:30 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright, Member-Art Shackelford and Don Youngblood.  Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Agenda dated August 17th, 2007.   All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Assessor’s report to the Excise Board for 2007 for Delaware Co.  All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

New Business-None submitted.

 

Old Business-None submitted.                           

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
