NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The public is hereby given notice there will be a public hearing at

327 S 5^th Street on July 23, 2010, at 10 am in the Commissioner Room,

Delaware County Courthouse, Jay, Oklahoma.

In accordance with O.S. 1989, Title 82, Section 1610B, the purpose of the hearing will be to allow Delaware County residents and other interested citizens the opportunity to voice opinions and views regarding the proposed rules and regulations developed by the Delaware County, Floodplain Board, governing land use, building of structures, and construction within the unincorporated boundaries of Delaware County

A copy of the floodplain management regulations may be examined and inspected at __327 S 5^th Street___ during the business hours __9_ a.m. to __3_ p.m. on any business day. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and make known their opinions.
