DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

July 12, 2006

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special Session on

July 12, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. Agenda was posted July 10, 2006 at 9:06 A.M. on east entrance door.

Members of the Board present were Commissioner Bruce Poindexter-Chairman, Commissioner Howard Payton-Member and Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Member. The Board of Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the following items:

A motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner Payton to approve Memorandum of Agreement between Cherokee Nation and Delaware County and Ok Dept. of Wildlife Conservation. Roll call: Commissioner Poindexter-yes, Commissioner Payton-yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes. Motion carried.

New Business- None submitted.

PUBLIC COMMENT: None submitted.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
