DELAWARE COUNTY SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS MEETING
The
Board of
Members
of the Board present were Commissioner Bruce Poindexter-Chairman, Commissioner
Howard Payton-Member and Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Member. The Board of

motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner
Poindexter to approve of the agenda as posted.
Roll call: Commissioner Poindexter-yes, Commissioner Payton-yes, Commissioner
Kendrick-yes. Motion carried.
A
motion was made by Commissioner Poindexter and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to
authorize the discussion with the Delaware County District Attorney Eddie
Wyant, County Sheriff Jay Blackfox and Representatives from Oklahoma State
Department of Health regarding the Administrative compliance order received
from the Department of Health case #CH 2006-213. It was decided that a Committee would be
formed in two (2) weeks to address the guidelines and make considerations of
all options to correct issues. The
Committee will notify the Dept. of Health on all progress and hold a public
hearing to explore options. DA Wyant has
