DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING

November 30, 2006

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, could not meet in Special Session on November 30, 2006 at 1:30 P.M.  Agenda was posted November 27, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. on east entrance door. 

 

Members of the Board were Commissioner Bruce Poindexter-Chairman and Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Member were not able to meet in Tulsa, OK at the Federal Court House for the scheduled Special Meeting due to inclement weather.  Commissioner Howard Payton-Member was absent. 

This meeting has been re-scheduled for January 9, 2007 in Tulsa, OK  US District Court for the Northern District of OK.

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
