Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special
Session on November 1, 2007 at 9:20 A. M. Agenda
was posted
Members
of the Board present were Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Chairman, Commissioner Ken
Crowder and Commissioner Billy Cornell-Member. Board
of Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the
following items:
A
motion was made by Commissioner Crowder and seconded by Commissioner Cornell to
approve the agenda as posted. Roll
call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Crowder-yes, Commissioner
Cornell-Member. Motion carried.
A
motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner Crowder to
approve application for the 2012 Federal Fiscal Year surface transportation
program for Dist. #3. Beginning in
section 30-20-25 ending in section 31-20-26 for a distance of 5.5 miles. Roll call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner
Crowder-yes, Commissioner Cornell-Member. Motion carried.
A
motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and
Commissioner Crowder to adjourn this Special Meeting. Roll call: Commissioner Kendrick - yes,
Commissioner Crowder-yes, Commissioner Cornell-Member. Motion carried.
There
being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
