DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING

January 4, 2008

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special Session on January 14, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. Agenda was posted December 31, 2007 at 1:05 P.M. on east entrance door.  This meeting was recessed at 5:15 P.M.

Members of the Board present were Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Chairman, Commissioner Ken Crowder-Member and Commissioner Billy Cornell-Member.   Board of Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the following items:

AGENDA #1-Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss the employment of Shelby Haggard- Delaware Co. E-911 dispatcher, pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes, title 25 sec. 307 (B)(1).  Roll Call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Crowder-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes.  Motion carried.

AGENDA #2-Motion to return to regular session.  No action was taken at this time.  Roll Call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Crowder-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes.  Motion carried.

AGENDA #3-Motion to adjourn Special Meeting.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
