DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

June 30, 2009

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special Session on June 30, 2009 at  9:06 A.M and recessed at 10:00 AM.   Agenda was posted June 29, 2009 at 8:00 A.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance. 

 

Members of the Board present were Chairman-Billy Cornell, Commissioner  Dave Kendrick-Member and Commissioner Ken Crowder –Member.   The Board of Delaware County Commissioners are hereby authorized to take action on the following items:

 

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Commissioner Crowder and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to approve of the agenda as posted.   Roll call: Commissioner Cornell -yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner Crowder to approve of payment of all claims as presented to the Board by the Co. Clerk.  Roll call: Commissioner Cornell -yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner Crowder to approve signing the Visual Inspection/Revaluation Budget for the Delaware Co. Assessor.  Roll Call: Commissioner Cornell-Yes,  Commissioner Kendrick-Yes.  Motion Carried.

               

AGENDA #4- A motion was made by Commissioner Crowder and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to receive and file all monthly reports from officers.  No reports were received.  Roll call: Commissioner Cornell-yes,  Commissioner Kendrick-yes.  Motion carried.
