DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

August 3, 2009

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special Session on August 3, 2009 at 11:40 AM and recessed at 12:00 PM.   Agenda was posted July 30, 2009 at  11:36 A.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance. 

 

Members of the Board present were Chairman-Billy Cornell, Commissioner  Dave Kendrick-Member and Commissioner Ken Crowder –Member.  The Board of Delaware County Commissioners are hereby authorized to take action on the following items:

 

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Commissioner Crowder and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to approve of the agenda as posted.   Roll call: Commissioner Cornell -yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Commissioner Cornell and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to approve resolution requesting additional monies on CR-121D(117) Mt. Herman Rd.  in Dist. #2.  Resolution requests an additional $100,000.00.  Roll call: Commissioner Cornell -yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner-Crowder. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Commissioner Cornell and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to adjourn meeting.  Roll call: Commissioner Cornell-yes,  Commissioner Kendrick-yes.  Motion carried.
