The
Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special
Session in the County Commissioner’s meeting room in Delaware Co. Court House
at 10:05 AM on July 15, 2010 and adjourned at 1:45 P.M. Agenda was posted July 09, 2010 at 11:30 A.M. on east
entrance door and the south west entrance.
Members
of the Board present were Chairman-Ken Crowder, Commissioner Dave Kendrick-Member and Commissioner Bill
Cornell –Member. The Board of Delaware
County Commissioners are hereby authorized to take action on the following
items:
AGENDA
#1-A motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner
Cornell to approve agenda as posted.
Roll call: Commissioner Crowder -yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes,
Commissioner Cornell-yes. Motion
carried.
AGENDA
#2-A motion was made by Commissioner Cornell and seconded by Commissioner
Kendrick that the Board of Commissioners of Delaware Co. is hereby authorized
to meet with Bill Turner to discuss Estimate of Needs-Budget for fiscal year
2010-2011 with possible action to be taken.
Discussion was held with county officers and a budget for fiscal year
2010-2011 was tentatively set. Roll
call: Commissioner Crowder -yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes,
Commissioner-Cornell-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick
and seconded by Commissioner Crowder to adjourn the meeting. Roll Call:
Commissioner Crowder-yes, Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner
Cornell-yes. Motion carried.
