DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

The
Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special
Session at 9:03 A.M. on July 18, 2011 and adjourned at 9:25 A.M. Agenda was posted on July 12, 2011 at 3:37 P.M.
on east entrance door and the south west entrance.
Members
of the Board present were Chairman-Doug
Smith, Commissioner Billy Cornell-Member, Commissioner Danny Duncan–Member and
Carol Fortner-Secretary. The Board of
Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the
following items:
AGENDA
#1-A motion was made by Commissioner Duncan and seconded by Commissioner
Cornell to approve agenda as posted.
Roll call: Commissioner Smith-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes,
Commissioner Duncan-yes. Motion
carried.
AGENDA
#2-A motion was made by Commissioner Smith and seconded by Commissioner Duncan to
meet with Bill Turner to discuss the County’s Budget for FY 2011-2012. Delaware Co. Board of Commissioners accepted
Mr. Turner’s report and will continue research with County officials regarding
possible areas for budget reductions. Roll call: Commissioner- Smith-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes, Commissioner-Duncan-yes.
Motion carried.
AGENDA
#3-A motion was made by Commissioner Duncan and seconded by Commissioner
Cornell to open the floor to citizen’s participation for public comments. No comments were made. Roll call: Commissioner- Smith-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes,
Commissioner-Duncan-yes. Motion carried.

#4- A motion was made by Commissioner Smith and seconded by Commissioner Duncan
to adjourn meeting. Meeting was adjourned
