DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

December 15, 2005

The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Regular Session on

December 15, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. Agenda was posted December 12, 2005 at 10:59 P.M. on east entrance door.

Members of the Board present were Commissioner Bruce Poindexter-Chairman and Commissioner Howard Payton-Member. Commissioner Dave Kendrick was absent. The Board of Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the following items:

A motion was made by Commissioner Payton and seconded by Commissioner Poindexter to approve agenda as posted. Roll call: Commissioner Poindexter-yes, Commissioner Payton-yes. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Commissioner Poindexter and seconded by Commissioner Payton to open and review all bids submitted on concrete for work for Dist. #1 with possible acceptance of lowest and/or best bid. There were no bids received.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
