, Commissioner Howard Payton-Member, and Commissioner Dave

motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner Payton to
approve agenda as posted. Roll call:
Commissioner Poindexter-yes, Commissioner Payton-yes, Commissioner
Kendrick-yes. Motion carried.
A
motion was made by Commissioner Kendrick and seconded by Commissioner Payton to meet with
Representative Doug Cox and Senator
Charles Wyrick who presented checks to
Commissioner Poindexter and Commissioner Peyton for road improvement in
Districts 1 and 2. The amount of the
check to Commissioner Poindexter was $2000 (for a road in Bernice) and the
amount of the check to Commissioner Payton was $30,500 for Road 340. The total amount of the two checks was
$32,500. The projects were funded by
GGEDA.
