The Delaware County Equalization Board met in
Regular session on May 31, 2011 at 8:30 A.M. with the following members
present: Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman, Art Shackelford-Member, Don
Youngblood-Member, and Secretary–Carol Fortner. Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following
business was transacted.
A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve of the
Board of Equalization Agenda of May 31, 2011 as posted. All voted aye. Motion
carried
A motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by
Art Shackelford to review and approve meeting minutes of May 11, 2011 and May
25, 2011. All voted aye. Motion
carried.
A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by
Don Youngblood to make motion to “Rescind” the motion made to extend the
Protest Period to June 8th, 2011. All voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by
Art Shackelford to Close-Out the Protest Period for Appeals on Property
Assessments for 2011. All voted aye.
Motion carried
A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by
Don Youngblood to review New Business. No new business was submitted. All voted aye. Motion carried.
There
being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
