Agenda was posted  October 11, 2007 at  1:45 PM on  east  entrance door.

 

The Delaware County Excise Board met in Special session on October 16, 2007 at 8:30 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright, Member-Art Shackelford and Don Youngblood.  Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Agenda dated October 16th, 2007.   All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Delaware Co. Budgets for FY 2007-2008 for the Co. Health Dept.  All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the County Tax Levy for FY 2007-2008.  All voted aye.  Motion carried.

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
