 Agenda was posted June 29, 2011 at 8:50 AM on  east  entrance door.

 

 The Delaware County Excise Board met in regular session on June 30, 2011 at 10:00AM. with the following members present: Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman; Member-Art Shackelford, Member-Don Youngblood and Carol Fortner-Secretary. Meeting was adjourned at 10:30AM.   Chairwoman Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

Motion was made by  Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Agenda as posted dated June 30, 2011 voted aye. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Art Shackelford to approve minutes of regular meeting dated 06-07-11.  All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood that the Excise Board of Delaware County approve CASH FUND ESTIMATE OF NEEDS and REQUEST FOR APPROPRIATIONS FOR COUNTY.  None were received. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Shackelford and seconded by Youngblood to approve the Estimate of Needs and requests for 2011-2012 and Temporary Appropriations for Cities, Towns and Schools as follows: Town of Bernice, Jay Public Schs., Colcord Schs., Cleora Schs., Cleora EMS., and City of Jay. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to review transfer of

Appropriations as follows:

All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Art Shackelford to approve of FY 2011-2012 Delaware Co. Fire Depts. Budget and the Grove EMS Budget. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to review only the Delaware Co. Assessor’s Valuation Budget for 2011-2012. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Art Shackelford to review the Delaware Co. Treasurer’s Budget for 2011-2012. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to meet with all County Officers and review the County Budget for fiscal year 2011-2012. All voted aye. Motion carried.

 

A motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to open the floor to New Business as follows: to set Excise Board and Tax Corrections meeting for July 5th, 2011 to be set at 3:00 PM.  All Voted aye.  Motion carried.

 

 

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned
