The Delaware County Excise Board met in Special session on October 19, 2011 at 2:30 P.M. with the following members present: Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman, Member-Art Shackelford and Member-Don Youngblood. Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to approve the Agenda as posted dated October 19, 2011. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Art Shackelford to review/receive/approve 2011-2012 County Budgets for Cities, Towns, Schools and others as follows: Co. Health Dept. and Town of Colcord. All Voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Art Shackelford and seconded by Don Youngblood to open the floor to Citizen’s Participation/Public Comments. There were no Public Comments.

Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Art Shackelford to open the floor to New Business. There was no New business.

A motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Art Shackelford to adjourn the meeting at 2:45 PM. All voted aye. Motion carried.
