The Delaware County Excise Board met in Special
session on October 31, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. with the following members present:
Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman and Member-Don Youngblood. Member-Art Shackelford and Secretary/Co.
Clerk-Carol Fortner was absent. Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman called the Meeting
to order and the following business was transacted.
Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Jacqueline
Wright to approve the Agenda as posted dated October 31, 2011. All voted aye. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Jacqueline
Wright to receive/review/approve the Amended Delaware County Tax Levy for FY
2011-2012. All Voted aye. Motion carried.
Motion
was made Don Youngblood and seconded by Jacqueline Wright that to open the
floor to New Business-any business not known about or which could not have been
foreseen prior to posting. An Amended Certificate to Excise Board for the Grove
EMS Budget Book was approved and signed. Also the Excise Board members
requested a Special Meeting for the November 2011 meeting be set for November 9th
at 3:00PM instead of the regularly scheduled November 8th meeting at
8:30 AM due to the fact that two members will be out of town on that date
11-08-11. This rescheduling will provide a quorum to be present at the 11-09-11
meeting. All Voted aye. Motion carried.
