The Delaware
County Excise Board met in regular session on December 6, 2011 at 8:30A.M. with
the following members present: Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman and Member-Don
Youngblood. Member-Art Shackelford was absent. Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman
called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.
Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Jacqueline
Wright to approve the Agenda as posted dated December 6, 2011. All voted aye. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by
Jacqueline Wright to approve the minutes of Special meeting dated November 9,
2011. All Voted aye. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Don Youngblood and seconded by Jacqueline
Wright that the Excise Board of Delaware County approve CASH FUND ESTIMATE OF
NEEDS and REQUEST FOR APPROPRIATIONS FOR COUNTY. All voted aye. Motion carried.
