TAX  CORRECTION SPECIAL MEETING

February 6, 2008

           The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Special session on  February 6, 2008 at  9:00 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Chairman of the County Commissioners- Ken Crowder, County Assessor-Leon Hurt and County Clerk- Carol Fortner.  The Chairman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

MOTION TO APPROVE COMPLAINTS OF  ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENTS AND ORDER OF CORRECTIONS AS FOLLOWS:

392. Chamberlain, James-Lawful exemption deductions have not been taken into account.-6701

393. Lee, Kue-Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls.-6702

394. Walker, Chester-Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6703

395. Huffman, Daron-Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same-6704

396. Bibee, Roy-Property had no taxable situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.-6705

397. Bibee, Roy-Property had no taxable situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.-6706

398. Bibee, Roy-Property had no taxable situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.-6707

399. Wilson, Barry- Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6708

400. Hendren, April- Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6709

401. Poje, Juanita- Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls.-6710

402. McGough, Glen-The same property was assessed more than once the same year.-6711

403. Burge, Kenneth- Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6712
