TAX  CORRECTION SPECIAL MEETING

March 4, 2008

           The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Special session on  March 4, 2008 at  9:00 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Chairman of the County Commissioners- Ken Crowder, County Assessor-Leon Hurt and County Clerk- Carol Fortner.  The Chairman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

MOTION TO APPROVE COMPLAINTS OF  ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENTS AND ORDER OF CORRECTIONS AS FOLLOWS:

410. Wise, Steven-Personal or real property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6719

411. Kretchmer, Betty-Impairments by fire, flood, before May 1^st were not deducted.-6721

412. Slayton, Lisa-Lawful exemption deductions have not been taken into account.-6722

413. Slayton, Lisa-Lawful exemption deductions have not been taken into account.-6723

414. Slayton, Lisa-Lawful exemption deductions have not been taken into account.-6724

415. Slayton, Lisa-Lawful exemption deductions have not been taken into account.-6725

There being no further business, the Meeting adjourned.
