TAX CORRECTION REGULAR MEETING
March
3, 2009
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in
Regular session on March 3, 2009 at
9:00 A.M. with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Chairman of the
County Commissioners-Billy Cornell, County Assessor-Leon Hurt and Secretary County
Clerk - Carol Fortner. The Chairman Billy
Cornell called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.
The
Board of Tax Corrections of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Regular Session
on March 3, 2009 at 9:00 A.M and
recessed at 9:15 AM. Agenda was posted February
25, 2009 at 11:22 A.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance.
Members
of the Board present were Co. Commissioner Chairman/Tax Corrections
Chairman-Billy Cornell, Leon Hurt-Tax Assessor and Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman
Excise Board. The Board of Delaware
County Tax Corrections are hereby authorized to take action on the following
items:

#1-A motion was made by Commissioner Cornell and seconded by Leon Hurt to approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call: Commissioner Cornell -yes, Assessor
Leon Hurt-yes, Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright -yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Assessor Leon Hurt
and seconded by Excise Chairwoman Jackie Wright to approve of Tax Roll
Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous

-yes. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the Meeting
adjourned.
