TAX CORRECTION SPECIAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 8, 2009

The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Regular session on September 8, 2009 at 4:15 P.M. with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, County Assessor Leon Hurt. Chairman of the County Commissioners-Billy Cornell was absent. The Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

Agenda was posted September 2, 2009 at 1:30 P.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance.

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of August 4, 2009. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments as follows:

7093-John Knight-The same property was assessed more then once the same year.

7094-Fisher, Frances-Lawful exemption deductions have not been taken into account.

Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #4-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to review any new business. No new business submitted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

There being no further business, the Meeting adjourned.
