TAX CORRECTION SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER
3, 2009
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in
Regular session on November 3, 2009 at
9:10 A.M. with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Wayne Tuder- 1st Dep. for County
Assessor Leon Hurt. Chairman of the
County Commissioners-Billy Cornell was absent. The Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the
Meeting to order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed
at 9:20AM.
Agenda
was posted October 29, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. on east entrance door and the south
west entrance.

#1-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to
approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call:

Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded
by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of October 6, 2009. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder 1st Dep.-Co.
Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright
to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and
Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for the month of November 2009 as follows:
7096-Grady, John-The same property was assessed more
than once the same year.

assessed to any person not owning the same.
7100-Schlegal, Phil-Land or lots have been
erroneously described.

in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7102-NE OK Community- Property had no taxable situs
in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7103- DS Gain, Inc-Property had no taxable situs in
county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7104- Cadillac Jack, Inc.-Property had no taxable
situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7105-Better Painting Services, Inc.-Property had no
taxable situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7106-Barrows, Patricia-Personal or Real Property is
assessed to any person not owning the same.
7107-Moore, Calvin-Lawful Personal or Real Property
is assessed to any person not owning the same.
7108-Gauthier, Alicia- Property had no taxable situs
in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7109- Kids Company Child Care-Lawful Personal or
Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.
7110-Jones, Charles- The same property was assessed
more than once the same year.
7111-Jones, Charles- The same property was assessed
more than once the same year.
7112-Hernandez, Nicolas- Property had no taxable
situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
7113- Hernandez, Nicolas- Property had no taxable
situs in county, did not exist, or was placed wrong.
