TAX CORRECTION MEETING

DECEMBER 8, 2009

The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Regular session on December 8 2009 at 9:00 A.M. with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Leon Hurt- County Assessor . Chairman of the County Commissioners-Billy Cornell was absent. The Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:10AM.

Agenda was posted December 4, 2009 at 8:17 A.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance.

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of November 3, 2009. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
