TAX  CORRECTION MEETING

                                                                                                                               

FEBRUARY 2ND, 2010

 

           The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Regular session on  February 2, 2010 at  9:00 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright,  Wayne Tuder-1st Dep.- County Assessor .  Chairman of the County Commissioners-Billy Cornell was absent.  The Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:15AM.

 

Agenda was posted January 28, 2010 at 10:34 A.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance. 

 

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of the agenda as posted.   Roll call:  Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes,  Wayne Tuder 1st Dep.-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of  January 5th, 2010.  Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes,  Wayne Tuder -1st Dep.Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections  and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for the month of January 2010 as follows:

 

7239-Fowler, Carmala- Personal or real property is assessed to any person, etc., not owning the same.

7240-Ziemann, H.A.-Valuations entered are at variance with valuations equalized.

7241-Dutton, Kristi- Personal or real property is assessed to any person, etc., not owning the same.

7242-Ellis, Douglas- Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls.

7243-Wilson, Daniel- Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls..

7246-Lee’s Home Sales- Personal or real property is assessed to any person, etc., not owning the same.

7247-Withers, Chris-Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls.

 

Roll call:  Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder-1st Dep. Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #4-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jackie Wright  to review any new business.  No new business submitted.  Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder-1st Dep. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

There being no further business, the Meeting adjourned.
