TAX CORRECTION MEETING
APRIL
6, 2010
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in
Regular session on April 6, 2010 at 8:56 A.M. with the following members
present: Chairwoman of the Excise
Board-Jacqueline Wright, Leon Hurt-County
Assessor . Chairman of the County
Commissioners-Ken Crowder was absent. The
Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order
and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:15AM.
Agenda
was posted April 1, 2010 at 1:35 P.M. on east entrance door and the south west
entrance.
AGENDA
#1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve
of the agenda as posted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of March 2nd, 2010. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for
the month of March 2010 as follows:

There being no further business, the Meeting
adjourned.
