TAX  CORRECTION MEETING

                                                                                                                                  

 

October 5, 2010

 

       

   The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in regular session on  October 5, 2010 at 9:15 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright,  Leon Hurt-County Assessor .  Chairman of the County Commissioners-Ken Crowder was absent.  The Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:45 AM.

 

Agenda was posted  September 29, 2010 at 3:18 P.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance. 

 

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of the agenda as posted.   Roll call:  Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes,  Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of  June 8th, 2010.  Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes,  Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections  and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for the month of August 2010 as follows:

 

7203               Buffalo Lodge & Resorts-Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7204         Borntrager, Julie-Valuations entered are at variance with valuations equalized.

7205               Mast, Donald- Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7206               Cupp, /Charles A.- Personal or Real Property is assessed to any person not owning the same.

 

Roll call:  Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes,  Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

AGENDA #4-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright  to review any new business.  No new business submitted.  Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Leon Hurt- Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

 

There being no further business, the Meeting adjourned.
