TAX CORRECTION SPECIAL MEETING

November 4, 2010

The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in regular session on November 4, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Leon Hurt-County Assessor . Chairman of the County Commissioners-Ken Crowder was absent. The Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:15 AM.

Agenda was posted October 29, 2010 at 4:08 P.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance.

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder-Co. Assessor 1^st Dep.-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of October 5, 2010. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder-Co. Assessor 1st Dep.-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for the month of October 2010 as follows:

7307 Kirkland, Robert-Personal or Real property is assessed to any person not owning the same.

Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder-Co. Assessor 1^st Dep.-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #4-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jackie Wright to review any new business. No new business submitted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder- Assessor 1^st Dep.-yes. Motion carried.

There being no further business, the Meeting adjourned.
