TAX CORRECTION MEETING
February
8, 2011
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in regular
session on February 8, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Wayne Tuder-1st Dep.-County
Assessor . Chairman of the County
Commissioners-Doug Smith was absent. The
Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order
and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:13 AM.

was posted January 31, 2011 at 3:15 P.M.
on east entrance door and the south west entrance.

#1-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jacqueline Wright to
approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call:

Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and
seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of minutes of the Special meeting of January 4, 2011. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie Wright –yes, Wayne Tuder-1st Dep. Co.
Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Wayne Tuder and
seconded by Jacqueline Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for
the month of January 2011 as follows:
