TAX CORRECTIONS SPECIAL MEETING

JULY 5, 2011

The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Special session on July 5, 2011 at 3:25 P.M. with the following members present: Leon Hurt, County Assessor and County Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman. Chairman of the County Commissioners-Doug Smith was absent. Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 3:30 P.M.

Agenda was posted June 30, 2011 at 3.05 P.M. on east entrance door and the south west entrance.

AGENDA #1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of the July 5, 2011 agenda as posted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of June 7th, 2011. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon Hurt- Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for the month of July 2011 as follows:

7448 Wilson, Darrell-Error in transcribing from Co. Assessor’s survey record to assessment rolls.

7449 Wilson, Darrell-Error in transcribing from Co. Assessor’s survey record to assessment rolls.

7450 Henecker, Elaine J. Ramsey-Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7451 Vang, Chu Feen-Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7452 Landers, Doug-Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7453 Wilkerson, Charles-Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7454 Barrett, James-Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7455 Barrett, James- Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7456 Barrett, James- Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7457 Barrett, James- Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7458 Barrett, James- Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7460 Morgan, Gene- Personal or Real is assessed to any person not owning the same.

7461 Hall, Don-Property had no taxable situs in County, did not exist or was placed wrong.

Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon Hurt- Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

AGENDA #4-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to review any new business. No new business submitted. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon Hurt-Assessor-yes. Motion carried.

There being no further business, the Meeting adjourned.
