TAX CORRECTIONS SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER
9, 2011
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Special session
on November 9, 2011 at 3:27 P.M. with the following members present: Leon Hurt-County Assessor and County Excise
Board-Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman . Carol Fortner-Secretary and Chairman of
the County Commissioners-Doug Smith was absent. Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to
order and the following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 4:00 P.M.

was posted November 7, 2011 at 2:25 P.M. on east entrance door and the south
west entrance.

#1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of
the November 9, 2011 agenda as posted.

AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of October

Motion carried.

seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for
the month of October 2011 as follows:

business, the Meeting adjourned at 4:00 PM. Roll call: Excise Board
