TAX CORRECTIONS MEETING
DECEMBER
6, 2011
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in regular session
on December 6, 2011 at 9:05 A.M. with the following members present: Leon Hurt-County Assessor, County Excise
Board-Jacqueline Wright-Chairwoman and Carol Fortner-Secretary. Chairman of the County Commissioners-Doug
Smith was absent. Excise Board
Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright called the Meeting to order and the following
business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:15 A.M.
Agenda
was posted December 2, 2011 at 3:52P.M. on east entrance door and the south
west entrance.
AGENDA
#1-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of
the December 6, 2011 agenda as posted.
Roll call: Excise Board
Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon
Hurt-Co. Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of November
9th, 2011. Roll call: Excise Board Chairwoman-Jacqueline
Wright–yes, Leon Hurt- Co. Assessor-yes.
Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jackie Wright to approve of Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of Erroneous Assessments for
the month of November 2011 as follows:

assessed.

assessed.

owning the same.

to assessment rolls.

by Jackie Wright to review any new business.

carried.
AGENDA #5-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jacqueline Wright to open the floor to Citizen’s Participation or
Public Comments. No comments presented. Roll call: Excise Board
Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon Hurt-Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #6-A motion was made by Leon Hurt and
seconded by Jacqueline Wright to adjourn the meeting. There being no further
business, the Meeting adjourned at 9:15 AM. Roll call: Excise Board
Chairwoman-Jacqueline Wright–yes, Leon Hurt-Assessor-yes. Motion carried.
